PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably transmit a message to a particular destination while restraining increase in a burden on a communication network.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal (4) transmits a message for multicast to a radio router (3) when transmitting a request to every information appliance (5), and transmits a message for broadcast to the radio router (3) when not receiving a response from any information appliance (5) within a prescribed period after the transmission.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
