PURPOSE:To prevent temperature of a heating block mounted on the outer surface of a cylinder of an extruder from becoming abnormally higher than that of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Heating blocks 5-8 are mounted to the outer face of a cylinder 1 of an extruder for manufacturing a plastic sheet and induction heating coils 17,18 are wrapped around the cylinder 1 at locations of one or more of the heating blocks to effect high frequency induction heating.
