PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user of a toilet to arbitrarily choose water supply from tap water or rain water by providing a rainwater stopper ball valve and a light-emitting instrument for indicating water level in a rainwater storage tank on a low tank lid. SOLUTION: A rainwater stopper ball valve and a light-emitting instrument 25 emitting light in compliance with the water level of a rain water storage tank 29 are provided on the lid 12 of a low tank 11 for a flush toilet. A rainwater stopper ball valve lever 1 is connected to a floating ball 30 shaft of a ball tap for tap water in the low tank 11 through wires. In this constitution, water can be supplied from two lines of tap water and rainwater to the low tank 11. Further, since the water level in the rain water storage tank 29 is indicated by the light-emitting instrument 25, a user of the toilet can arbitrarily choose tap water or rainwater to supply water to the low tank 11.
