<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discourage a conductive ball from contacting the inner wall surface of a ball cup by vibrating the ball cup while it is floated, relating to arrangement equipment of a conductive ball. <P>SOLUTION: The arrangement equipment of a conductive ball employs following means. Firstly, it is equipped with an arrangement tool on which a ball inserting part is formed, a ball cup of which an opening part is formed on the lower surface to store many conductive balls with the arrangement tool, and a moving means for relatively moving the ball cup along the upper surface of the arrangement tool. Secondary, in the arrangement equipment, the ball cup storing many balls is relatively moved along the upper surface of the arrangement tool so that the balls are dropped into the insert part of the arrangement tool, for arraying. Thirdly, it is equipped with a levitating means from the arrangement tool of the ball cup, and a vibrating means for applying vibration to the ball cup. Fourthly, the ball cup levitated from the arrangement tool is relatively moved along the upper surface of the arrangement tool while the ball cup is vibrated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
