<p>Disclosed is a mounting unit (1) used for rotatably and captively fastening a screw (2) to a mounting part (3), particularly the fastening eyelet (4) of a belt buckle of a motor vehicle, truck, or other commercial vehicle. Said mounting unit (1) comprises a screw (2) that is provided with a head (5), a shaft section (6), and a threaded section (7) with a thread (8), the shaft section (6) being located in a zone between the head (2) and the threaded section (7). The inventive mounting unit (1) further comprises a mounting ring (10) which is disposed on the shaft section (6) so as not to be movable in the direction of the screw axis (11). The mounting ring (10) is fitted with at least one retaining element (13) which is configured and arranged in such a way that the mounting part (3) can slide over the retaining element (13) and can thus be fastened by means of the retaining element (13) while the screw (2) is positioned so as to be rotatable relative to the mounting part (3) and not be movable in the direction of the screw axis (11). ® KIPO & WIPO 2009</p> |
