<p>Communication is accurately performed to/from a development unit having an element. An image formation device includes a mobile body having a plurality of attachment/detachment portions where a development unit having a communicable element and a development agent container can be detachably attached, a photosensitive body capable of forming a latent image, and an antenna for radio communication with the element of the development unit attached on the attachment/detachment portions. The longitudinal direction of the antenna coincides with the movement direction of the mobile body. Moreover, while the mobile body is moving, during an interval from the moment the development unit reaches the position opposing to the photosensitive body to the moment the development unit reaches the detachment position, a write member writes information to the element of the development unit. The information write is performed while no AC voltage is supplied to the development unit.</p> |
