PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a sufficient sense of satisfaction to a player by accurately detecting the player's physical information, reflecting the detected physical information in the presentation, and executing always fresh, interesting and effective presentation in a slot machine. SOLUTION: The slot machine includes a start lever 41 formed in such a shape as can be held by the player to start reels by operating the start lever in a prescribed direction with the player holding the start lever; and a physical information detecting means 45 to be brought into contact with the player when the player holds the start lever 41 to detect the physical information on the player holding the start lever 41. The presentation pattern corresponding to the physical information detected by the physical information detecting means 45 is selected based on the results of the detection of the player's physical information by the physical information detecting means 45.
