The present invention relates to a cooling module for a heating element and a motor having the same. The cooling module for a heating element according to the present invention includes a flat heat pipe which includes a working fluid, touches the heating element, and includes a condensation region in no contact with the heating element; and a cooling channel which is connected to the condensation region and cools the heat pipe by a cooling medium. So, cooling efficiency can be improved.
