An alpha-amylase activity inhibitory substance comprises a Pinus koraiensis extract, beta-cyclodextrin, and an emulsifying agent, wherein 0.002-3 W/V% of the Pinus koraiensis extract and 2-3 W/V% of the beta-cyclodextrin are included. The emulsifying agent includes 0-1 W/V% of span 80 and 0-1 W/V% of tween 80. An ethanol aqueous solution mixed with water and ethanol with a ratio of 2:1 to 1:1. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the alpha-amylase activity inhibitory substance has reduced side effects due to continuous administration, and has inhibitory activities with respect to alpha-glucosidase. |
