PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perspective electrode in which the invisibility of a conductive pattern is high, a touch panel, and a display device having a touch position detection function.SOLUTION: The perspective electrode includes a transparent base material and a plurality of conductive patterns disposed on the transparent base material. The conductive patterns are conducting wires that have a light blocking effect and are arranged in a mesh shape so that an opening is formed between conducting wires. Each conducting wire includes: a body layer made of metal material; and a low reflection layer that is stacked on the transparent base material side with respect to the body layer and/or on the opposite side to the transparent base material and is made of copper nitride containing oxygen atoms at a depth of 5 nm or more from the surface. The thickness of the low reflection layer is 10 nm to 60 nm, and the reflection Y value of the low reflection layer is 30% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
