PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly give an uncomfortable feeling to an occupant of a vehicle when diagnosing a loudspeaker mounted on the vehicle.SOLUTION: An emergency notification device 7 modulates loudspeaker diagnosis digital data by a diagnosis modulation system using a diagnosis carrier having a carrier frequency which is set beforehand so as to be included in a frequency range detected by a microphone 2 mounted on a vehicle and not included in a voice band. The emergency notification device 7 outputs a diagnosis electric signal which is a signal acquired by modulating the loudspeaker diagnosis digital data to a main loudspeaker 3 mounted on the vehicle for outputting voice. A demodulation part 15 of the emergency notification device 7 demodulates a voice electric signal indicating voice that is detected by the microphone 2 (hereinafter called an input voice electric signal) by a diagnosis demodulation system, and generates demodulation data which is acquired by demodulating the input voice electric signal. The emergency notification device 7 determines whether or not the demodulation data generated by the demodulation part 15 includes data that coincides with the loudspeaker diagnosis digital data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
