PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn the hue of a titanium oxide-containing composition comprising a divalent copper oxide into one close to white.SOLUTION: A titanium oxide-containing composition comprises a titanium oxide compound, a divalent copper oxide, and a binder as a solid content, and a solvent for suspending them.
