PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill container which can easily and smoothly transfer contents without causing trouble such as the attachment of the contents to fingers during refilling work.SOLUTION: The refill container comprises: a base 20 which is mounted to a mouth 10d of a container body 1; and a tubular body 21 which includes a discharge path 21d and is held so as to be capable of oscillating to the base 20. The base 20 includes; a content discharge port 20e; a vent hole 20f for introducing air into a filling space M; and an air exchanging pipe 22 communicating with the vent hole 20f. The tubular body 21 has a closed wall 21e which brings the discharge path 21d, the discharge port 20e and the vent hole 20f in a closed posture where the tubular body 21 falls down into non-communication state, and the closed wall 21e has a through hole 21c for making only the discharge port 20e communicate with the discharge path 21d in an inclined posture where the tubular body 21 is pulled up, and making both the discharge port 20e and the vent hole 20f communicate with the discharge path 21d in a falling posture where the tubular body 21 is further pulled up. |
