摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin-film solar cell for which an indium based material is not used as a transparent electrode and also to provide an organic thin-film solar cell of an inverted type structure in which a hole block layer is not required to be separately provided on the upper layer of a transparent layer.SOLUTION: There is provided a transparent electrode for an optoelectronic element made of a niobium doped titanium oxide thin film, and the surface of the thin film is subjected to oxidation treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: None
