PURPOSE:To surely prevent the fault that is once produced due to a program bug by preparing a combination table part to previously store the combinations of faulty programs and checking these program combinations after collating them with each other. CONSTITUTION:A combination table part 2 stores previously the combinations of faulty programs. A combination checking part 3 collates the program combination stored in the part 2 with the program combination to be started to check the presence or absence of a fault. Then a check result output part 4 grants the start or the loading of a programs as long as no occurrence of a fault is decided by the part 3. Thus a combination history pattern of faulty programs is stored in the part 2 and the start or the loading of programs is granted unless the coincidence is secured with the combination history pattern. Thus it is possible to surely prevent the faults due to the combinations of programs.
