PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device capable of preventing an interference between a vehicle body and a road surface irrespective of variation of the state of inclination of the road surface that is traveled on.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device comprises: a road surface slope detection part 51 for detecting a slope angle θ1 of a second road surface when the presence of the second road surface 102 which is sloped in relation to a first road surface on which a vehicle is positioned is detected; and an attitude control part 54 which, when an approach angle of the vehicle is not greater than the slope angle of the second road surface, activates a vehicle height adjustment device 40 and controls the vehicle attitude in such a manner that a front part of the vehicle body does not interfere with the second road surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
