An oxazolidinone derivative of the general formula (I) wherein X = O, S, NH or NA; Y = a gp. of formula (a) or (b); R1 = a gp. of formula (c) - (e); R2, R3 = H, A or benzyl; A = 1-6C alkyl; B = H, A, benzyl or amidino; D = amidino, CH2NH2, aminohydroxyiminomethyl, 5-oxo-1,2,4-oxadiazolin-3-yl, 5-methyl-1,2,4-oxadiazolin-3-yl or guanidinomethyl; m, r, s = 0 -4; n = 2-4; or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof which inhibit the binding of fibrinogen to the corresponding receptors and can therefore be used for the treatment of thromboses, osteoporosis, cancer, apoplexia, cardiac infarcts, ischaemias, inflammations, arteriosclerosis and osteolythic diseases.
