<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof weather strip capable of suppressing generation of noise at closing of a roof opening and preventing degradation of a sealing property by deformation. <P>SOLUTION: The roof weather strip 16 is provided with a mounting base part 21 and a hollow-like seal part 22. The seal part 22 is provided with an abutment wall part 25 abutted on a peripheral edge of the roof opening 12 when a movable roof 13 closes the roof opening 12. The seal part 22 is also provided with an upper continuous contact part 26 so as to continuously contact the abutment wall part 25 with an upper part of the mounting base part 21. A wave-form part 27 is provided on a surface at a hollow side of the upper continuous contact part 26, and the wave-form part 27 is alternately provided with a plurality of crest parts 28 and bottom parts 29. An arm part 31 is integrally formed so as to be extended from the mounting base part 21 to a lower side at an outer peripheral side, and a distal end of the arm part 31 is connected to a lower end of the seal part 22. On the upper continuous contact part 26, stress is easily dispersed since a plurality of bottom parts 29 of the wave-form parts 27 exist. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
