<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal-resin composite pipe improving flexibility, while maintaining sufficient pressure-proof strength and rigidity, even if a pipe wall is tinned, in the metal-resin composite pipe of arranging a metallic spiral reinforcing band plate on the pipe wall. <P>SOLUTION: This metal-resin composite pipe 1 is formed by forming the pipe wall 2 in a spiral waveform, and is formed by similarly arranging the reinforcing band plate 4 made of a metallic thin plate in a spiral shape in at least a crest part 31 of a spiral synthetic resin wall part 3 constituting the pipe wall 2 and both sidewall parts 32 continuing with the crest part 31.
