<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery that is superior in safety and has a high capacity, and is excellent in conservation characteristics, load characteristics, and cycle characteristics, and a non-aqueous electrolytic solution used for the same. <P>SOLUTION: This is a non-aqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery which comprises a negative electrode and a positive electrode that are capable of storing and releasing lithium and an electrolytic solution that has a non-aqueous solvent and lithium salt.
