PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic liquid that uses electrolytic water and has high moisture retention and free radical eliminating ability, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a cosmetic liquid obtained by optionally adding a moisturizing component and antioxidant component to an electrolytic water obtained by electrolyzing an electrolysis raw water in a first electrolytic chamber and a second electrolytic chamber of a diaphragm-type electrolytic bath in turn, the electrolytic water having a pH (25°C) of 5.5-8.5, a dissociation exponent pKw (25°C) of water of 13.0-13.8, a dissolved hydrogen concentration of 0.1-1.5 ppm, and a dissolved oxygen concentration of 8-18 ppm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
