PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable plug capable of improving the operability, reliability, economical efficiency, and separation refining efficiency of a liquid chromatography, and a chromatographic column equipped with the movable plug.SOLUTION: A chromatographic column comprises a movable plug core 20, an annular scraper 30, a base 40 having a recessed part 41 in which a base end side of the movable plug core 20 is internally fitted, a seal ring (scraper pressing means) 50 provided between the scraper 30 and the base 40, and a bolt 60 attracting the movable plug core 20. A flange part 22 of the movable plug core is provided with the movable plug 10 with which the scraper 30 is engaged. Tapered surfaces 31 and 22a are provided on the scraper 30 and the flange portion 22 of the movable plug core 20. The scraper 30 can deform in a diameter-expanding direction when pressed and pinched by the seal ring 50 and the flange portion 22. |
