CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR INSTALLATION ESCALATOR OF SUBWAY OUTSIDE ENTRANCE

A structure construction method for installation of an escalator at subway outside entrance is provided to minimize the road occupancy of the structure and remove the need of transferring underground structures, thereby reducing the cost and period of construction. A structure construction method for installation of an escalator at subway outside entrance comprises the steps of: setting up a deck plate at the gateway; setting up a slurry wall structure along the circumference of the gateway structure; removing U-type retaining wall of the gateway structure and constructing a new U-type breast wall(200); forming a top underground box part(121) and a bottom underground box part(122); excavating after removing the lower underground box part; and constructing a U-type connection box part(300) connected to the U-type retaining wall.
