PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical-use multilayer structure that can satisfactorily regenerate an inner membrane, an intermediate membrane and an outer membrane of a vascular wall when applied to an artificial blood vessel.SOLUTION: An artificial blood vessel 100 that is an example of medical-use multilayer structures is a cylindrical body consisting of two nonwoven fabric layers and used for regenerative medicine, in which the blood vessel includes: a hollow cylindrical inner layer 110 which is manufactured by using bioabsorbable polymer, and constituted of a nonwoven fabric layer made of fiber having a fiber diameter at 20 μm or less; and a hollow cylindrical outer layer 120 which is provided outside the inner layer 110, manufactured by using bioabsorbable polymer having a composition with difference from the bioabsorbable polymer of the inner layer 110, and constituted of a nonwoven fabric layer made of fiber thicker than the fiber diameter of the fiber of the inner layer 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
