PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the convenience of the security control of an electronic document.

SOLUTION: An inspection part refers to a projection definition table (step S101), and decides whether or not an inspection time has come based on the inspection time interval of the projection definition table (step S102). When the inspection time has come (step S102; Yes), whether or not a file to be capsuled exists in a pertinent shared folder is inspected by referring to the shared folder link of the project definition table of the project classification (step S103). When there exists the file to be capsuled (step S104; Yes), the file and given file attributes defined in the project definition table are passed to a capsuling part so that capsuling processing can be executed (step S105). This capsuling processing makes it possible to capsule an electronic document.
