PURPOSE:To facilitate treatment of water content of a substance to be ground, and to treat the odor which the substance generates by providing a box in which a ground substance ground by means of a cutter and drained by means of a draining roller is fallen and stored, and a box into which water generated by draining is fallen and stored. CONSTITUTION:Cutters 10 and 10b for grinding a substance to be ground, a draining roller 12 for the ground substance by cutters and a motor 11 for driving the roller and the cutters are provided in an apparatus main body 1. In addition, a box 30 into which the ground substance ground by means of the cutters and drained by means of the roller 12 is fallen and stored, is stored so as to be freely taken in and out from the front face of the apparatus main body 1 in the apparatus main body 1.
