PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce facility cost and operating cost by decreasing power loss at a feeder wire from a fuel battery generator for a system interlocking via an inverter to a customer's power facility without thickening the feeder wire in its diameter. SOLUTION: A voltage detector 6 for a feeder and a current detector 7 for the feeder for generating a feeder voltage signal v2 and a feeder current signal i2 are detected by detecting a voltage and a current of a demander power receiving facility of the feeder wire are provided. The signals v2, i2 are input to a P, Q command controller 13, which has a power factor controller for controlling the reactive power output of an inverter, so that the power factor calculated from the signal v2 and the signal i2 becomes equal to a predetermined reactive power target value. |
