MOLD FOR PACKAGING LCDS AND CASSETTE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A mold for packaging LCDs(Liquid Crystal Displays) and a cassette using the same are provided to prevent that bulkheads are torn from a body part by forming at least one or more gradients in the bulkheads and reinforcing the intensity of the mold. CONSTITUTION: A body part(32) has a flat surface which is vertical with an one side edge of an LCD. A plurality of bulkheads(34) are protruded from the body part to separate and insert a plurality of LCDs at a uniform interval, and are formed as at least one or more gradient shapes to reduce an adjacent size of the LCD. Gradients(36) are asymmetrically at both sides of the bulkheads.
