PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the vibration from an exhaust pipe from being transmitted to the car body side without damaging the durability, in a structure supporting exhaust system parts such as the exhaust pipe or muffler or the like of an automobile. SOLUTION: A plurality of mount rubbers 14, 14 are erected in a comb shape inside a mount member 1 of a square cylindrical type to be fitted to the car body with brackets 7, 9. A flat type bracket 15 is interposed into the space 12 between the tip ends of the side mount rubbers 14, 14 and the tip ends of the lower side mounting rubbers 14, 14. A support member 16 is projected downward from the flat type bracket 15. The support member 16 passes through a slit 13 to be connected with the exhaust pipe 51 at the tip end. The mount rubbers 14, 14 have a low spring constant, preventing the vibration from the exhaust pipe from being transmitted to the car body side.
