PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article inventory managing device that hardly produces a detection error of the number of inventories also of light articles and can store them in a narrow space. SOLUTION: The article inventory managing device manages the article inventories based on the individual weight of the articles. The article inventory managing device comprises a suspension tool 2 capable of holding a plurality of articles M in a suspension state, a measuring means 41 for measuring the weights of the articles M loaded on the suspension tool 2, and a calculating means 7 for calculating the number of inventories of the articles M based on the variation of the weight measured by the measuring means 41.
