A suction nozzle (3) provided at a filter device of an air conditioner has an inner case (8) having an opening (10) formed on the air filter surface side, across the entire length in the longitudinal direction of an air filter (2); a film (9) provided outside the inner case (8), covering the opening (10), and having a suction opening (16) formed at that position of the film which corresponds to a portion of the opening (10); a film drive means connected to the film (9) and driving the suction opening (16) along the opening (10); and outer shell covers (17, 18) fixed to the inner case (8) and supporting the film (9) so as to cover that portion of the film (9) which excludes the suction opening (16). A slide surface of the outer shell covers (17, 18), which support the film (9) on the air filter surface side, is provided with cutouts (17a) arranged in the drive direction of the film (9).
