<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion equalization method which is capable of performing dispersion equalization processing even in the case of higher-speed transmission, and a dispersion equalizer, and an optical transceiver. <P>SOLUTION: An optical transceiver 1 includes a transmission part 10, a reception part 20, and a control part 30. The transmission part 10 includes a CDR part 11, an LDD 12, and a laser diode 13. The reception part 20 includes a photo diode 21, a TIA 22, a dispersion equalizing part 23, and a CDR part 24. The control part 30 performs adaptive equalization processing to adjust a tap coefficient when an electric signal having a clock period (kT) is inputted to the dispersion equalizing part 23 and takes the tap coefficient obtained by this adjustment as an initial value, and performs adaptive equalization processing to adjust the tap coefficient when an electric signal having a clock period T is inputted to the dispersion equalizing part 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
