PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the service of multipoint call without installing a convention server for multipoint call, in a call center in which capability of operator terminal is not uniform. SOLUTION: An ACD server 500 stores a multipoint call capability data representing whether each of operator terminals 400 has a capability for mixing video and audio data for multipoint call, in a database. The ACD server 500, if receives a participation request data which requests participation of another operator terminal 400 in multipoint call from an operator terminal 400, refers to the multipoint call capability data stored in the database according to the received participation request data. It selects an operator terminal 400 which is allowed to participate in the multipoint call according to the multipoint call capability data that has been referred to. Then, a multipoint call is set among a customer terminal 200, an operator terminal 400 which is an originator of the participation request data, and a selected operator terminal 400.
