A braking power regenerative device of the hybrid vehicle is provided that the braking power regeneration efficiency is improved since the storage battery is charged by using the braking force of the brake. A braking power regenerative device of the hybrid vehicle comprises an electro-magnetic clutch(20) which is operated if the operation signal of the brake pedal(10) is inputted, a hydraulic controller(30) which is connected to the brake pedal and controls the fluid pressure according to the stop signal, a driving pulley which is connected to the hydraulic supply machine and connected to a gear(100) or released, a driven pulley(60) connected with the hydraulic supply machine and driving pulley, a brake pad(90) which is installed at the driven pulley and hydraulic supply machine, and generates the braking force, and a braking force regeneration unit which is connected to the driven pulley, and which regenerates the braking force.
