PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dyeing methods that can give an excellent dyeing effect, while utilizing an oxidase, and to provide dyeing agents for use in the methods.SOLUTION: The invention provides a dyeing agent containing a modification enzyme obtained by adding positive charge by the chemical modification of amines, to the enzyme selected from the group consisting of the enzyme identified by EC 1.10.3.1, the enzyme identified by EC 1.10.3.2, the enzyme identified by EC 1.3.3.5, the enzyme identified by EC 1.10.3.4, the enzyme identified by EC 1.10.3.3, and the enzyme identified by EC 1.14.18.1; as well as a dyeing method using the dyeing agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
