PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine with a display part (a display substrate) through which a state of a variable display game can be easily recognized.SOLUTION: The game machine includes: a control device for controlling a variably display game where a plurality of identification information is variably displayed and stopped upon an establishment of a start condition; and a display substrate capable of displaying a performance state of the variable display game. The control device includes start memory means for storing a start memory that becomes a performance right of the variable display game. The display substrate includes a reservation display part for displaying a start memory number to be stored by the start memory means, and a variable display part for displaying the variable display of the variable display game.
