PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal for solving the problem that receiving efficiency can not be improved while suppressing an increase in power consumption of the terminal.

SOLUTION: A communication processing part 31 decides whether there is an error in a received notification message. When there is an error in the notification message, the communication processing part 31 receives the notification message again. A control part 331 determines the maximum number of times when the communication processing part 31 receives the notification message on the basis of decision results of the communication processing part 31.
