An automobile pedal arm tilting device is provided to prevent the malfunction generated with the external vibration and to reduce the weight of the car body as the soft helical axis is installed in the curve fixed tube. An automobile pedal arm tilting device comprises a pedal arm(20) which is possible for changing the angle and is mounted on a car body fixing bracket(10) through the arm hinge axis(30), and a curved line movement means(1) which is formed between the pedal arm and actuating rod(11), and which controls the angle of the pedal arm. The curved line movement means includes a curve fixing plate(2) fixed to the end part of the actuating rod through the hinge shaft(12) or welding, a helical axis(22) made of the soft material which is penetrated into the hole(21) of the curve fixing plate, a curved line movement pipe(31) which is inserted into the outside of the curve stationary tube, and a driving means(32) rotating the soft helical axis.
