PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat transfer performance of a heat transfer pipe having fins on the inner surface thereof. SOLUTION: This heat transfer pipe includes the fins 2 provided on the inner surface in the axial direction of the pipe. Each fin 2 has cutout parts 3 located at spaces in the axial direction of the pipe. In the pipe, baffle members 8 are provided at the positions corresponding to the cutout parts 3.
