The present invention relates to a shelter type modular house with improved workability and insulation, capable of increasing durability, while enhancing workability, by minimizing a thickness of a modular panel as a component forming a prefabricated modular house of a predetermined space as a lower flooring body, an upper ceiling body, and wall bodies of four sides are coupled, to thus simplify construction and increase workability and insulation of a structure resistant to impact, as well as insulation as a house space. In the shelter type modular house with improved workability and insulation according to technical characteristics of the present invention, modular panels forming wall bodies (including a floor body and a ceiling body) of six sides thereof are in the form of a thin plate, an intermediate layer basically comprises a structural steel and an insulator to enhance insulation and durability, internal and external layers of the intermediate layer comprise high strength insulation boards to form a thin plate on the whole. First, the modular panels of the wall bodies of the four sides are simply coupled and fixed through bolt coupling or welding by the medium of panel support angles in a vertical direction, centered around the modular panel of the lower floor body, and the modular panel of the ceiling body in an open upper space is bolt-coupled or welded to the wall bodies of four sides so as to be integrally structured. A corresponding cable is inserted and bound along cable through holes formed in the modular panels of the wall bodies of the six sides, and a door and a window are basically coupled to a door frame and a window frame, respectively. |
