PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine mount enabled to increase its initial spring constant, in a passenger automobile and other automobiles, without deteriorating other vibration isolating performance while keeping or reducing a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: An engine mount includes an inner cylinder 6 or other shaft members, a rubber elastic body 5 connected to the shaft member, a pair of brackets 2, 3 forming an external cylinder part surrounding a perimeter of the rubber elastic body mutually coupled, and a pinching member 1 for pinching and pressing the part separated from the shaft member in the rubber elastic body 5 from the shaft direction.
