PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image monitoring apparatus which can easily set a layout when a plurality of monitoring images are displayed.SOLUTION: The image monitoring apparatus 2 receives and displays the plurality of monitoring images imaged by a plurality of cameras 3 installed in various monitoring regions. The image monitoring apparatus 2 calculates an image change amount of the plurality of monitoring images, generates image change information showing a pattern of the time change of the image change amount and gives the same attribute information to the monitoring images whose pattern of the time change of the image change amount is similar. When the plurality of monitoring images are displayed on a display section 7 of the image monitoring apparatus 2, the monitoring image selected based on the attribute information is displayed. |
