According to an embodiment of the present invention, a propulsion efficiency enhancement apparatus comprises: a pre-swirl stator disposed on a front of a propeller wherein on an end portion of the pre-swirl stator, a winglet bent to a suction surface or a pressure surface is able to be formed.
