The present invention relates to a novel plasmid pPla isolated from Planococcus sp. PAMC 21323, and to an isolation method thereof. The size of the plasmid pPla collected from Planococcus sp. is 3364 bp, and the plasmid has a relatively high copy number. Thus, the plasmid can be useful in expression of low temperature active enzymes or the production of carotinoid using the microbe. |
