A non power automatic open-close device using the wind force and the gravity is provided to prevent the inflow of an impurity material and an insect, and the temperature change, if a fan in facilities is stop. A non power automatic open-close device using the wind force and the gravity comprises: a pair of first and second rotational plates(11a,11b) shaped as a semicircular plate formed symmetrically based on a connection part(17); a pair of first and second rotation parts(13a,13b) connecting the rotational plate and the connection part, rotating the rotational plates based on the connection part to the orthogonal direction; and a pair of first and second rotation weights(15a,15b) extended from the rotational plate towards the connection part. The connection part has a hollow part in order to make the rotation weight income and outgo by connecting the rotational plate and the rotating unit when the rotational plate rotates to the orthogonal direction.
