SUBSTANCE: method comprises connecting the steam pipe line to the by-passing path between high-pressure and low-pressure portions and providing turbine with facilities for control of the flow rate of steam between these portions. The flowing section of at least one of the low-pressure portions is constant and it is in communication with the upstream low-pressure portion so as at any conditions of operation, condensation or heating, the steam flows through this portion without throttling. EFFECT: simplified method.
