The present invention relates to a method for extracting Dendropanax morbifera and, specifically, to a method for fermenting the Dendropanax morbifera in pottery by adding Pleuropterus multiflorus TURCZ, Acanthopanax senticosus, vinegar, sugar, and water to the Dendropanax morbifera and for manufacturing Dendropanax morbifera extract having a high component content of the Dendropanax morbifera by heating and concentrating the Dendropanax morbifera. According to the present invention, the method can effectively extract effective component content from the Dendropanax morbifera while reducing the destruction problem of the effective component content in a process of extracting the Dendropanax morbifera by heating the Dendropanax morbifera at 100-120°C, and thus can manufacture a high quality extract having the excellent component content of the Dendropanax morbifera. |
