<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small composite sensor for detecting angular velocity and acceleration. <P>SOLUTION: The composite sensor for detecting the angular velocity and the acceleration is constituted so that a non-functional section 57 in an angular velocity signal processing IC 54 is bonded to a non-functional section 61 in an acceleration signal processing IC 60. The functional section of one of the angular velocity signal processing IC and the angular velocity signal processing IC, therefore, can be directly and electrically connected with a case connection electrode in a case. Thus, a circuit board becomes unnecessary, so that the small composite sensor for detecting the angular velocity and the acceleration is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
