Comprises a first mechanism connected to the pedal cranks consisting of a pair of disc-wheels fitted with peripheral toothed crowns connected together by conical pinions mounted on an axial output shaft for force and motion, the said pinions being located at the ends of a support situated between the toothed disc-wheels so that they can rotate and coupled to a longitudinal shaft for the transmission of motion, while the second mechanism contains another pair of toothed wheels, connected by means of three conical pinions mounted on a force and motion input shaft with which the front longitudinal shaft coincides, one of the toothed wheels being inseparably connected to the driving wheel of the vehicle. <IMAGE>
