<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly reduce the load on a satellite operator located on the ground, and to prevent observed data from being lost, when switching satellite mounted antennas mounted on a satellite. <P>SOLUTION: A communicable period, when a receiving limit power level of a ground station is equal to or higher than a prescribed level is determined within a predetermined communication period, on the basis of at least two or more transmission antennas, an RF transmission system 11, an antenna change-over switch 21 for changing over connections between a transmission antenna and the RF transmission system 11, and a communication line parameter, including the orbit and the attitude of the satellite, the position of the ground station and an antenna gain characteristics, an antenna-switching command is generated so as to connect the transmission antenna for performing communication to the RF transmission system 11, on the basis of the determined communicable period, controlling switching connection of the antenna change-over switch 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
